NOTICE TO PARTICIPATING
NCAA INSTITUTIONS
SOLID KNOCK shall remain compliant with NCAA Bylaws 11 – Conduct & Employment of Athletics Personnel and Bylaw 13 – Recruiting Prerequisites. No parties (Prospect and/or Programs) shall be extended/permitted any gain, benefit or competitive advantage whatsoever from participating in Solid Knock’s gathering of data. The purpose of Solid Knock’s e-SKore site in development is to enable Programs in the future — contingent upon future NCAA review and approval — to manage athletic prospect inquiries in a more efficient and less costly fashion. Solid Knock’s commitment and warranty provided herein shall remain in effect during and after the conclusion of www.e-SKore.com data gathering campaign. All data gathered shall be treated as strictly confidential, anonymous and maintained completely secure; to be used for internal testing and site development purposes only. Such data gathered shall never be used for any other purpose than internal site development and testing unless otherwise authorized in writing by the participating programs, institutions and the NCAA. Upon completion of the Solid Knock’s Phase One data gathering and internal beta testing, Solid Knock shall present www.e-SKore.com to the NCAA — at the NCAA’s request — for consideration to determine whether the NCAA might possibly approve and permit a limited number of NCAA participating member institutions to contribute to the debugging and development of the e-SKore site prior to an anticipated national roll-out to all NCAA member/participating institutions — contingent upon NCAA final review & approval. All data provided shall be contributed solely on a voluntary, non-mandatory basis — to include no advisory input, consulting or other service(s) whatsoever from NCAA member programs.
