Kayleigh will be following-up with you in order to gather the feedback that you provided; along with any inquiries that our staff might have.
We are very grateful that you have elected to assist in the development of e-SKore.com. With each passing day we are making additional progress and becoming increasingly confident that we can accomplish our stated goal of assisting coaches to better manage Prospect inquiries.
We are currently working on the Prospect three step data gathering process too. When that is completed, we'll again solicit your involvement. We have identified a system whereby your Prospects will be forwarded to us and we will gather their data, then return it to you in an easily manageable format using the Program Dashboard that we are creating.
During our Phase One beta site development (data gathering & management), we are endeavoring to create a data base that will incorporate the Prospect inquiries that you provide (to be used for beta site development only). We anticipate that committee coaches will continue to conduct their recruiting efforts as they always have, until we are able to populate your Program's data base with referred Prospects' data and make it available for your future use. At that time you will be able to sort and rank Prospect(s) based on selected indices.
As a quick reminder, after we have finished Phase One development of the e-SKore beta site, we will then add a filtering function whereby best matched Prospects can be recommended to you; along with interactive chat and notification functionality that will permit your flagged Prospects to stay informed regarding current information and announcements regarding your Program; as well as you also being able to keep track of current information from those Prospects that you choose to keep tabs on.
